ISA Lehigh Valley Section

Minutes of the May 10, 2005 meeting.

President Ackerman called the meeting to order following some traditional  ISA meeting pizza.

President Ackerman thanked our corporate sponsors for the past year and hoped they felt the advertising we provided was worth their investment.

Election of the nominated officers for next year was conducted with a general vote from those in attendance.  The officers for 2005 2006 are as follows:

      President - Andy Hospador, (CDG Technologies)
      VP/Program - Dick Rumble, (Total Logistics)
      Secretary - Shane Filer, (Neal systems, Inc.)
      Treasurer - Phil Reppert, (Sartorius BBI)

Shane Filer from Neal Systems Incorporated introduced the evening’s speaker Walter Sikora.  Walter’s presentation on Industrial Network Security outlined the ever-increasing threat to networks as we utilize the Internet and wireless networking for control and to collect and provide data.
