Minutes of ISA Executive meeting of August 23, 2004

The meeting was called to order 6:18 at the Fogelsville Hotel, by the president. The agenda was reviewed and approved.

Discussion & Motions: Last years success and failures were reviewed, newsletters circulated. The biggest success was the Corporate Sponsor program. Without that the section activities would not have been possible. A motion passed to continue the corporate sponsor program, and expand where possible.

A motion was passed to keep the H&A banquet at present amount, and not pass along the increase. Jim Keaveney discussed nominating a local company to the Corporate Sponsorship and Support Recognition Program. Note that summer activities are in place. Golf outing is scheduled, and the Rphillies will be reserved.

A motion was passed to accept the new budget, with minimal offset, and strive for as close to balance at year-end.

• Ackerman, Send 2004-5 Newsletters to Historian on a CD
• Reppert, reserve seats in picnic area with stadium seats.
• DeMaria to contact corporate sponsors.
• Tachovsky to finalize menu for H&A
• Keaveney to nominate APCI for CSSRP
